Enter the path to FLIPS and a clean ROM on our computer, and you'll get your very own patching tool that turns a patch into a ROM with zero overhead.
The tool you get is a batch file (.bat). You can open .bps files with it to instantly get a patched ROM.
Nothing here is uploaded to the server; the inputs are only used as strings. They're also not sanity-checked whatsoever, so try not to break things.
